| Hydroponics researchers working in a remote space lab receive unexpected help in the form of a deranged astro and his equally demented robot.
The real star of Saturn 3 is the production design by Stuart Craig (and presumably by John Barry who was removed as original director). The sets and colour schemes are gorgeous to behold and ill-served by the 1.33:1 US DVD. The acting, dialogue and situations add a level of cheesiness to the proceedings. The opening demise of the real Captain James was a jaw dropper back in the day.
