It's a hectic night at Holby's A&E when a frustrated wheelchair-bound man sets himself on fire and an elderly women falls down her stairs whilst attempting to answer her telephone. As far as the staff are concerned, Duffy is still on/off with AIDS-infected boyfriend Peter, Megan has an attack of conscience when she believes she caused an unnecessary injury to an elderly patient, and Elizabeth comes face-to-face with Ewart's estranged wife when he ends up collapsing at the hospital.
