As the Simpsons head towards a remote motel on the fourth of July, we are shown through a series of flashbacks how they first met the Flanders and later how Ned tried to keep the unmarried couple from boinking one another at the motel. During this time Homer becomes attracted to a beautiful woman at a party and Marge is wooed by the host.
