Rachel makes a visit to hospital after her balcony fall (from the end of the previous episode), and coerces Monica into switching identities with her to avoid paying the insurance on the medical bill. Later, the two doctors who treat her are invited to the apartment - where the 'pretending to be the other' continues and culminates in a hilarious exchange of slander! Elsewhere, Joey takes Phoebe's twin sister Ursula on a date for her birthday, as Ross confides in his Dad about fatherhood.
