Resident Evil: Extinction

Third helping of zombie mayhem tries to introduce some psychic elements. Enjoyable enough, but why such a slavish copy of Day of the Dead?

Competent and somewhat entertaining installment that manages to cobble together its storyline from the aforementioned Day of the Dead, as well as The Hills Have Eyes and Road Warrior. Nothing that anyone who has seen at least one zombie film will find unpredictable and/or exciting, and Milla Jovovich honestly doesn't have the appeal the makers of these films seem to think she has. Someone must like them, though, as there has been two more in the franchise to date!
