Curse of the Voodoo

Curse of Simba

1965

Lindsay Shonteff
Director

Big game hunter incurs wrath of African tribe. Who seem to follow him back home.

Forgettable horror chiller that focuses more on the family turmoil that unhinges our hero. A little salacious for 1965 too. The African Jazz interlude is quite something though as provided by the Bobby Breen Quintet. And for firearms blooper spotters there's a doozy where Mike's Colt Army revolver morphs into .38 Webley in close up.
